She watched her go, sighing as she continued to eat, though hardly touched much more

"I..." she shook her head trying to tell him that she didn't understand. 'Cute' was not a word she had ever heard before and its meaning was therefore lost on her.

When Christian walked into her hospital room, it was seemingly empty, however the high window was now open. with the slip of a girl sat on the window sil, a good two feet above the head of her bed

Again she shook her head, her long dark hair covering her body once again while her eyes ran over this new man. She had only ever known a few and each of them she had feared. So...why didn't she seem to fear him, what made him seem so different?

"Mum said to come and check how you're doing and to check if you ate anything" Christian spoke in French before entering the room.

"It's fine. Hospital food isn't that good anyway."

At this she thought for a moment shrugging a shoulder both nodding and shaking her head liking it but it not quite seeming right.
"Em?" She tried instead.
"Right, home. Where is it you came from anyway?"
